I just had a 5mins lunch quickie.
I shld have been slowly savouring my take-1-hour-to-prepare lunch.
Fish, prawn, tofu and rice. hmmm......

Let me tell u something,
THIS IS THE BEST LUNCH I'VE PREPARED FOR MYSELF & MOM (of cos)

It was hmmm hmmm hmmmmm~
even though i was gobbling down my food, so fast so that i can hardly remember taking more than 10 bites.
The dory fillet was fantastic, the buttery taste....woo~
The tomato garlic prawns, so appetising. and the tofu, was jus simple steam tofu, but nice! tender too!

(Stop it win, it's already in your stomach.)

Anyway, i really think the fish is fantastic, ok, the tastiest i ever (anyhow) cooked.
Let me share the recipe with you.

I shall call it............... Slippery Dory.
So, to prepare Slippery Dory, u need dory fillet (duh!).
Wrap aluminium foil over the metal plate to put in the oven to bake.
Put bout 2 tbsp of butter. Sprinkle some garlic. (i say more cos i like the taste.)
Lay the fillet on top, rub dory with salt & pepper on the top surface.
how much to put? (eh. i dont know.)

Add according to taste. (u dont want salted dory, do u?)
Pour some mirin over and sprinkle(again), this time, clives.
Thats it! Bake it for about 10mins?

If u find my recipe damn chak chak, i've said earlier, (anyhow) cooked.

Its a pity Clay's nt around to try it.
All these while, i've been proving her right that im a kitchen idiot.

One more paper to go before the official finale of Y1.

I'm supposed to be watching over the fishes my mom gave orders to fry.

Sleeping disorder is taking its toll to consume me.
I've got 3 sleeping partners.
They tend to take turns to sleep with me, or we'll just cuddle together.
It's such a heartwarming sight to see how well rocky and jelly get along with each other.
As for the lil cookie dough, he apparently loss its babyhood memories, forgetting all that play times with rocky. All that hissing must be hurting rocky as he tries and tries to get near.
I've been tryin to coax the dough, and i need that patience.
I say..............................The angst of a toddler.

Baking day's postponed to today.
It was supposed to be on the good sunny sunday, but mahjong session had taken 99.9% of my energy. hmm, and that remaining 0.1% was left for something better.
Grins.

Anyway, the cake is in the oven right now.
I think its gon be very sweet or very oreo-e.
Oh, did i mention its oreo cheesecake we're making.

It already feels like my semester break.
All that last minute project rush is over.
its HEAPS of RELIEVE.

Before i publish this post, i have to say that Titus is gone forever.
Clay broke my specs cos her elephant foot was too heavy, that the moment she lifts it up, she gotta drop it cos she couldnt keep her balance.
Her left brain's functioning not too well perhaps.
Im very much bitter about the fatal fate of my fav. spects.

Before i forget again, Cookie Dough is the cutest thing.
Hooray to its growing up stage that brings so many laughters.

I'll be lying near the coastline of the sea tmr.
On the wet sand, with the waves coming in, I'm gon hav a new skin color.
